Self-diagnosing (Severe) Anxiety Disorder

This is what and how I'm feeling right now.
I may be self-diagnosing but I'm gut-sure I have gone crazy.

.

Modified this piece of writing from Therapy Tribe. Only the fillers are mine ...

#1.)

Five types of Anxiety Disorders:

Panic Disorder
Individuals with panic disorder have repeated, unexpected attacks of intense fear accompanied by physical symptoms such as sweating, chest pain, heart palpitations, or a feeling of choking. Panic attacks can be so alarming that individuals often think they are going to die or lose control, and can develop a deep fear of having another attack. People who have full-blown, repeated panic attacks can become very disabled by their condition.

(Not quite convinced this category steers at me. I have heart palpitations and nervy knees but no chest pains thank goodness.)
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a pattern of frequent anxiety and worry over different daily activities and events. People with generalized anxiety disorder go about their day filled with exaggerated worry and tension, even though there is little or nothing to provoke it. They anticipate disaster and are overly concerned about possible health problems, difficulties at work, money or family issues. This type of constant anxiety takes a physical toll causing body aches, poor sleep patterns and constant exhaustion.
(Not worried about events, even erratic timetables.Exaggeration, though,is my trademark.I anticipate disasters like they're gonna happen every single day)
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD is an anxiety disorder that can develop following a traumatic or life-threatening event such as war, the unexpected death of a loved one, rape, assault, a plane crash or a natural disaster. The normal psychological response to such trauma is "shock" or acute stress, and overtime these symptoms gradually lift. However, with PTSD you remain in a state of mental shock and symptoms begin to worsen. Symptoms of PTSD can be severe and cause significant problems at home, work, or other important areas of life.
(This is it! I actually have fears of dying, and after Haiyan, they haunt me up almost always!
Needless to say, there are things only Haiyan victims could understand)

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD)
Specific Phobias
>> Yes I constantly stress myself out by giving in to negative feelings and beliefs. Anxiety is destroying me.
>>True enough, these bad thoughts turned me into a weakling and I'm emotionally drained!

#2.) Anxiety Disorder Symptoms
Each person suffering from anxiety disorder has unique symptoms, however a common theme involves excessive anxiety, irrational fear and dread. Examples of anxiety symptoms include:
  • Feelings of panic, fear, and nervousness
  • Uncontrollable, obsessive thinking
  • Repeated thoughts or "flashbacks" of traumatic events
  • Nightmares, problems sleeping
  • Irrational ritualistic behaviors, such as repeated hand washing
  • Excessive sweating or numbness in the hands or feet
  • Shortness of breath, hyperventilation
  • Chest pain or Heart Palpitations
  • An inability to be still and calm
  • Dry mouth, Nausea, Dizziness

See?
I belong!

Playing with Bills

Here goes the first band of July bills plonked on my table.

(Sample snaps of my anticipated To Pay pile: Eastern Visayas Mail statement for a tiny classified ad/personal ad for ze clinic and Ortelco for our business phone.)

Skimming and organizing monthly payables require some serious techniques, fixation and shrewd habits.I am an entrepreneur, and I make a habit of salting away a few dosh every work day to prepare myself for billed articles.

These are the rules I alternately carry out just to cope up with the relentless paying:

*My 3-day/5-day gap precept-I schedule bills in 3/5-day distances to give myself time to raise.
*1-1 Pairing- 1 biggie+1 trivial bills per week is workable.
*1 significant bill a week when clinic's sluggish is also understandable.
*When putting up seems difficult,I use the money saved  in the *CashCan, reschedule slips and make a  stand-in timetable.

(CashCan=p200/day canned cash i save in the clinic and another fill-in at home)

After a self-permeated dramarama the whole week,I am finally distracting myself to certitude.
Good,huh.
I took snaps again, posted journals, read magazines, and sauntered away from social media.I've even unsubscribed to BBSOCIAL.

Tsk tsk.
Really,weather-watching was causing me too much stress and pain, and this is one way of helping myself recuperate.
I am no storm chaser,anyway.
