After a stunted pause,I am finally back to journaling.

Am I ill?
Yes.
I am not thoroughly well, but I want to write.
You see,I am a victim of self-perpetrated glumness.
Trifling fears keep coming back,I repetitively frighten myself.
Of what?

Will expound next time.

-o00o-

Meanwhile, here's the 1st January-February WishList for my loves:

Dot:
1.) Astounding tyke ratings.Moms are quite nervy after a quartile eval.
2.) Banish her picky-eating tactics.
3.) May she be crazy about the "bento" chews I am secretly cooking up!

Me:
1.) Be able to start buying stuff  (a bento-like fix up) for dot's snacks.
2.) Discontinue pessimism and unconstructiveness to self.

Now trying to be buoyant!

The Yule After Haiyan ....Year 2013 #LatePost

Christmas and New Year sans power is quite thought-provoking.You know, pooling ideas how to celebrate these weighty feasts, making them multihued and meaningful after a very strong storm is indeed taxing.

And since the whole city's dim, we checked in at Hotel Don Felipe during those festive days.

Our goings-on at the hotel.
Just clear-cut merriment with the nearest and dearest.
My folks are now residing in Ormoc!
Hurray for solace!

                                                   Shady,rainy and inaudible Christmas Eve.
Street lights over plaza and pier...
                                                                  Homestead,zero.

Cable tv breakoff.
So we brought along the dvd set...
    Because the staff said A-ok.

The morning after.
Appended our slacking selves in bed.

The tiny ref at HDF.

Ormoc City, 40 DAYS after Typhoon Haiyan

Get a glimpse of Ormoc City 40 days after Yolanda's fury.

Post-Haiyan Ponderings

1.)
On stream know-how is indeed imperative. We learn heaps electronically everyday.
It is never too late to mug up.

2.)
Invest in a not so pricey but efficient mobile phone with free access to Facebook and Twitter.
You'll know why.

3.)
Do not throw outmoded cellular phones that are still running and serviceable.
They're ingenuous gems.

4.)
Weather is truly unpredictable.
And yes,alarming.

5.)
News is vital.
Watch.Listen.Read up.

6.)
Emergency drills should be conveyed and passed on to residents.
Anyday.Everyday.
(With or without upheavals)

7.)
Be observant.
Check your surroundings.And neighbors.

8.)
Always trust your gut feeling. It is paramount.

9.)
There is always a better lineage after a calamity.

10.)
Far-flung relatives,no matter how remote can connect and extend to kinsfolk during mishaps.

11.)
Heaps and stacks of ardor is indeed perceived after a tragedy.

12.)
It is unknowingly every lassie's assignment to take care of her aged folks.

13.)
There is always an astounding monetary help during crisis.

14.)
We should elect officials who can keep us alive.

15.)
Some legislators are dishonest.Noh.

16.)
We only need a few good stuff to live.

17.)
Fear is self-perpetrated.We usually scare ourselves because we think we are weak.

18.)
Haiyan could be man-made.
Don't ask why.

19.)
Prayers can, and will save you.

20.)
God concocts a better line up.
