The Jumpy Wife: Cookery (Vegetable Pear+Chicken Cutlets)& (SISIG)!

I have recommenced my culinary know-how last February,and I am more reassured,calmed and content as a wife at this point (than ever before),when all I would just do is hang around and kill time.Hahaha.The feeling is impeccable,knowing that the entire household appreciates the homecoming of my innovative cookery.
This is my Poultry&Veg Dish for Today: Vegetable Pear+Chicken Cutlets.

and last night: SISIG!

How to make Pork Sisig:
1. Boil 500g whole liempo,put pork cubes seasoning
2. Deep fry in a (separate) saucepan until crispy.
3. Chop pork to small pieces,and mix with cubed 2lbs onions and 2pcs long,green chilli.Add 3tbsp mayo,2tbsp oyster sauce,1/2 tbsp salt,3 pcs small lemons.

I have inimitable ways to bond and commune with my significant other.Not long ago,we chatted about daughter's college fund,where we agreed to set aside a considerable amount of greenbacks every month.It is of course imperative that an emergency fund be fixed firmly for backup,in case crisis bumps.I am just grateful that we both have biz undertakings here and now.He's presently working on blueprints (and construction) for a good friend's loaf stop,while i'm continually occupied at the OccuStation.Thank God for likelihood.
Hub and I gab about work almost always,usually during coffee dates,while playing with our canine,Thor.Sometimes,I handle the pantry,like last Sunday.Hahaha!Yepp!!I finally fostered guts to cook again after 3 years!Well I know a seafood dish ain't weighty,but my labor was.Lol...
And....Hmmm...
We had a Halo-halo date last night...Yup,despite the chilliness of the night and the rains,we went home satiated.

Ormoc Reverie #2: No Candidate Soliciting Votes Thus Far

Okay.Aside from the inaudible lanes,and serene sunsets,I can say,Ormoc City is quite inconspicuous this year.Where are the candidates?Our courts and grounds are not gorged yet.I hear no fart songs and campaign jingles,and yes,no showbiz royalties yet!Huh?!So where's the cast of Walang Hanggan?We are expecting well-known singers to pop in every now and then!Hahaha!!
But,despite the lack of vigor,I see no epal campaign stick-ups and posters around.I am proud of our quaint city for having no advance reports on vote-buying,no thick-faced aspirants going on a house to house campaign,no senseless programs,and no profile-raising gimmicks... ummm...NOT JUST YET?!
