The Jumpy Wife: Cookery (Vegetable Pear+Chicken Cutlets)& (SISIG)!

I have recommenced my culinary know-how last February,and I am more reassured,calmed and content as a wife at this point (than ever before),when all I would just do is hang around and kill time.Hahaha.The feeling is impeccable,knowing that the entire household appreciates the homecoming of my innovative cookery.
This is my Poultry&Veg Dish for Today: Vegetable Pear+Chicken Cutlets.

and last night: SISIG!

How to make Pork Sisig:
1. Boil 500g whole liempo,put pork cubes seasoning
2. Deep fry in a (separate) saucepan until crispy.
3. Chop pork to small pieces,and mix with cubed 2lbs onions and 2pcs long,green chilli.Add 3tbsp mayo,2tbsp oyster sauce,1/2 tbsp salt,3 pcs small lemons.
